Carve out some time for you – just you! – in the midst of the holiday season. For a couple of hours, you can recharge your mind with relaxing meditation exercises and rejuvenate your body with gentle yoga poses. You’ll come out feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy the season once again in a calm and energized state of mind and body.
This retreat is designed for yoga and meditation beginners to learn and practice the basics, and for more seasoned practitioners who want to get centered and luxuriate in some long, stretch-y poses and periods of meditation using seated and reclined postures as well as meditation in motion. Emphasis on practicing nonjudgmental observation to find what works for you individually so you can leave feeling refreshed and recharged with some personalized tools in your pocket for finding space and nourishment both on and off the mat.
Make a day of it, beginning with Michele’s Gentle Yoga class at 10:30am and easing into some Yin Yoga with Sierra at 3pm! Michele will bring some healthy snacks to munch on between sessions.
